For the recipe you will need:

  • Milk 400 ml
  • Garlic 4 g
  • Wheat flour 3 teaspoons
  • Onion 1 bulb
  • Ground black pepper on the tip of a knife
  • Greens 1 bunch
  • Salty with the tip of a knife
  • Chicken fillet 250 g

Cut the meat into small strips. Cut the onion into half rings.

For the sauce, combine milk, 1.5 teaspoons of flour and chopped garlic. Season it with salt and pepper.

Fry onions until slightly golden brown, add meat. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Then sprinkle with the remaining flour, stir, fry for a couple of minutes.

Pour milk mixture, stir. Simmer for 5 minutes, covered, stirring all the time.

Sprinkle with herbs at the end.

You can serve this dish alone or with any side dish of your choice. Very tender and juicy chicken fillet covered with a delicious milk sauce will please both children and adults. Milk can be replaced with cream, the amount of which depends on the desired thickness of the sauce, adjust to your taste.
